Redesign the Green Thumb Garden Center logo to a more modern logo. Green Thumb Garden Center is a Garden Center is a locally owned and operated retail garden centre located in the Nepean area of Ottawa. They only sell plants that are hardy to the Ottawa area – and before they go to your home, they will do their best to help you be sure the plants and accessories are suitable to you and your garden
For this project I went through 60 different sketches. The first 30 were just general sketches of the logo to determine which one was the best and suited the company. The next 30 were different variations of the sketch that was the best out of the last batch. We manage to narrow them down to a few that we really like.
The final didn't change much from the last stage. This logo was the better choice out of the two because with the sprout it could be any plant growing from it, which relates to the actual company itself because they sell all types of plants. Also, I created a brand identity for this company that includes stationary (business cards, letterheads, and envelopes)
